By accessing www.darzeetraditions.com (referred to as “the Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Indeweaves LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of any changes.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Indeweaves LLC or its content providers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Purchases and Fulfillment  

•    Eligibility: Purchases can only be made by individuals aged 18 or older or under the supervision of a parent/guardian.  
•    Order Accuracy: While Indeweaves LLC strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free product descriptions, pricing, or availability.  
•    Shipping & Risk: Orders are shipped on an “FOB Origin” basis. Once dispatched, customers assume full responsibility for the shipment.  

6. Returns and Refunds  

Eligible Returns:  
•    Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.  
•    Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.  

Non-Returnable Items:  
•    Custom-stitched garments.  
•    Sale items or jewellery.  

Refund Process:  
Approved returns will receive store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Indeweaves LLC.  

7. Limitation of Liability  

Indeweaves LLC is not responsible for:  
•    Delays caused by third-party service providers.  
•    Minor color variations due to differences in screen resolutions.  

8. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
