Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility:
Items are eligible for return if they are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Please note that customized or altered items are non-returnable.
How To Request A Return:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Return Window:
Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Darzee Traditions is not liable for lost or delayed shipments.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returned items.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders:
Items that are customized or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale Items:
Products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
